Drive In Movie Theatres

Yesterday we drove past a drive in cinema. A huge screen, with a huge car park, for cars to just drive in, park, and enjoy a film. It looked a little scruffy, but I just thought it was great, and I really wish we had them in England. Just something different. Mind you, it'd probably rain too much in the UK. Plus I guess you have to make sure you have a nice clean windscreen, otherwise you'd be wondering what that big smudge was on Johnny Depp's face!

Oh my! I didn't think that Drive in movies existed any longer!! YOU found one! What a treasure(:->!
As a teenager going to the Drivein was a great date. You no doubt have seen movies with THOSE drivein movie scenes! HA! Acually, sometimes the parked cars provided better entertainment than the movie.
When Nathen(Jeffrey) and Steven were very young, Bert and I used to go to drive-ins ALL the time. It was such fun and so easy to have a night out with kids. The boyshad their PJs on and fell asleep in the back of our station wagon.... No baby sitter needed.
You didn't mention what movie you saw but I got the Johnny Depp hint. DId it also have a snack bar?
Well, enjoy the movies!
